Question 1

What is the cheapest way to send a parcel to another city in India?

Accepted Answer

For small items, sending with a traveller already going that way is often cheaper than a courier. On Navigia you agree the price directly, and the platform is free during launch.

Question 2

Can I send homemade food to another city?

Accepted Answer

Yes, if the traveller agrees. Pack it well in sealed, leak-proof containers and mention it clearly in your post.

Question 3

Do travellers on Navigia go by train and bus too?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Travellers can post trips by flight, train, bus or car between Indian cities.

Question 4

How do I track my parcel within India?

Accepted Answer

Use Track my parcel to follow its status, and tap Request photo after pickup to get a photo of your item from the traveller.

Question 5

How do I pay the traveller?

Accepted Answer

There's no in-app payment yet. You and the traveller agree the amount and payment method directly before handover.
