Question 1

What is the cheapest way to send a parcel to Dubai from India?

Accepted Answer

For small parcels, a traveller with spare luggage space is often cheaper than a commercial courier. On Navigia, you and the traveller agree the price directly, and the platform is free to use during our launch.

Question 2

Can I send homemade food to Dubai from India?

Accepted Answer

Sealed, dry and well-packed food such as sweets, namkeen and spices is commonly carried, but the traveller decides. Food must meet UAE customs rules, so avoid meat, dairy and liquids, and declare everything honestly.

Question 3

How do I pay the traveller?

Accepted Answer

There is no in-app payment yet. You and the traveller agree the amount and payment method between yourselves before handover.

Question 4

Can I track my parcel to the UAE?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Use Track my parcel to follow its status, and after pickup you can tap Request photo to get a photo of your item from the traveller.

Question 5

Do travellers go through ID checks?

Accepted Answer

ID checks for travellers are optional on Navigia. Read their profile, chat before agreeing, and meet in a public place for the handover.
